SHINE: Living in God’s Light!
On the third Sunday of every month, our 10:00 a.m. worship celebrates our church-wide theme – “SHINE: Living in God’s Light”. Each month we’ll focus on the ways we are the presence of God for one another in matters of mercy, compassion, and justice. Our Themed Worship services blend our traditional order of worship with special music and interactive liturgies, readings, and activities. On these Sundays, our children participate in the beginning of the service before heading off to Church School to engage the theme and scripture in their class time.
On March 15th we’ll hear the story of Zacchaeus, a tax collector who climbed a tree to get a better look at Jesus and wound up getting a better look at himself as well. The Season of Lent inspires us to look inward, to clean house, to right the wrongs we’ve done, not just with our words but with our actions. We hope you can join us, either in-person or online!
