The position of Church School Coordinator is very close to my heart. My family and career have been and always will be centered on nurturing children. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, as well as a teacher.
Experience includes teaching middle school humanities for 29 years. My church school background began in high school, teaching Sunday school, and later as a Church School Board member in North Smithfield, RI. Before becoming the Church School Coordinator, I taught Sunday school for several years here in the Congregational Church of Amherst.
I read during free time, mostly historical novels, and I am a fan of Steinbeck. I am a member of the Amherst Lions Club, and I support charitable organizations, Masons and Shriners, of which my husband, Bob, is a member. Summer gardening is a hobby I inherited from my Italian ancestors. Most of all, I enjoy time with family, am proud of our children, and find joy in my grandchildren.
