Various, with the theme of ‘Welcoming’
Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.
For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.
Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality.
1 Peter 4:9
Show hospitality to one another without grumbling.
You shall treat the stranger who sojourns with you as the native among you, and you shall love him as yourself,
for you were once strangers in the land of Egypt:
There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female,
for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
The native people showed us unusual kindness, for they kindled a fire and welcomed us all in,
because outside it had begun to rain and was cold.
Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving,
Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms.
“For where two or three are gathered in my name, I am there among them.”
