Capital Campaign Residual Funds Plan Survey
The Congregational Church’s Capital Campaign, initiated in 2018, has ended with the completion of the last major project, the Church Windows Restoration. We have $33,775 left unspent from the campaign. The intention of this letter is to ask for your help in determining how best to use this unspent money. The Capital Campaign Steering Team has discussed over 20 potential projects for both the church building and our parsonage. Some of the projects considered are ones that did not make the initial priority cut for the Capital Campaign, some are new projects and needs that have developed in the last few years, some are from the Trustees of the Facilities long term project list, and some are based on conversations and comments with fellow congregation members. All of the 20+ projects are worthy and important for the maintenance of the church and parsonage, but unfortunately $33,775 does not nearly provide enough funding to cover them all. In an effort to find the most effective use for this money, the Steering Team has down-selected what it feels are the top 5 options from this extended list for the congregation to consider. The team will solicit the congregation’s suggested priorities on these top 5 projects. To read more about each of the projects before completing the form CLICK HERE FOR PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS.
On the survey below, please indicate your preference / priority on each project in the options below. 1st Choice is your most important project, 5th choice is your least important. Please do not choose a project more than once.
