Celebrate the Sounds of Music
Sunday, May 18 is
Music Sunday
at the
Congregational Church of Amherst
The Amherst Congregational Church welcomes you to join us on Music
Sunday, May 18th, 2008 for a celebration of Willard Parker and our
wonderful music programs. Five very talented choirs in all will be
featured.
On Music Sunday we give our heartfelt thanks to Willard Parker and our
dedicated Music Directors, Sara Phelps and Kim Whitehead, who make our
music programs possible. We also rejoice in thanking all of the adults,
parents and children that give generously of their time and talents. In
addition, Music Sunday is our opportunity to thank you for your
continued support of our programs and music ministries throughout our
congregation and the greater community. Your donations help us to fund
performances by both seasoned and budding musicians, special music
events and incremental costs for choir robes and the like.
Donations can be made via envelopes provided in the Music Sunday
bulletins or sent directly to the Amherst Congregational Church with the
Willard Parker fund notated at the bottom of your check.
Following this music celebration, please join our choirs and the Music
Committee in the Community Room for a festive reception.
