Directions
The Congregational Church of Amherst is in the center of the village, facing the village green.
Handicap parking is available at the rear of the church,
with elevator access to all floors. General parking is available
around the village green.
From the north/east (Manchester-Bedford):
From I-93 or I-293, take Rt. 101 west. From
the intersection with Rt. 114, follow 101 about 9 miles
to the Baboosic Lake
Rd exit in Amherst. Turn right at the top of the ramp onto
Rt. 122. Follow past the fire department and police station
(on left).
Take first right on Courthouse Rd, and follow to the village
center.
From the south (Nashua):
Take Rt. 101A (Amherst St) west approx. five
miles from the Nashua line. Just past Ponemah Farms (on
right) turn right (north) on
Rt. 122. At about three miles go straight through the traffic
light to a stop sign in the center of Amherst village. The
church is off to the right.
From the west (Milford-Peterborough):
Take Rt. 101 east to the exit to Rt 122. At
the bottom of the ramp turn left (north) on Rt. 122 and
follow about a mile and a half. Go straight through the
traffic light to a stop sign in the center of Amherst village.
The
church is off to the right.
